Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Merchandise once billed can be exchanged within 21 days, if you want an exchange must be informed within 24hrs after receipt of the order. The product must be in the same condition as sent to you and in saleable condition, for which a conformation email will be sent to you after verifying the product by Note, exchange or credit note will be provided, no cash refund can be made. However for only any stitching problem on your garment or if you have received any damaged accessory (juti, kilangi, mala, safa, scarf, dupatta), your merchandise will be replaced, provided the problem has been informed to the Head office via email within 24hrs after receipt of the product. Also note that the product will be considered for replacement only after you have received a confirmation from us by email.

We do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and against its color bleeding.

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However if there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase. You then have the option of either substituting for another item confirming via email or the money will be refunded to you.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, VITTALFASHION.COM recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.

- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.

- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.

- Send your best fitting garment as sample.

- Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.



On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so  may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact VITTALFASHION.COM at, within 24 hours of receipt of product. 
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email VITTALFASHION.COM at, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from VITTALFASHION.COM for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, VITTALFASHION.COM does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to VITTALFASHION.COM shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation.

Safe receipt of defective product by VITTALFASHION.COM is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then VITTALFASHION.COM shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES. 


In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, VITTALFASHION.COM in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, VITTALFASHION.COM shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.


Kindly note that credit against the customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding Bank of  the customer’s  may take about two (2) business days  from the  date of VITTALFASHION.COM processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.


VITTALFASHION.COM shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

VITTALFASHION.COM shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of 

VITTALFASHION.COM shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products. VITTALFASHION.COM shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. 

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the VITTALFASHION.COM, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, VITTALFASHION.COM is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.

Sizing :

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Wash care instructions:

We are responsible for what we sell, We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid damage to it. We recommend only Dry clean for cotton, silk and silk blended fabrics, no guarantee for jerry and dry cleaners faults.
Color display:

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
